Meeting

Introduction:

Boardroom conferences typically require an av display system in the form of a small projection screen and projector or a large flat screen. If the meeting requires audio for voice reinforcement, multimedia presentations or both, we recommend a compact 2 speaker sound system. Meetings can be recorded in audio or video format and it can be reproduced in a variety of media formats. Presentation aids such as flipcharts and a presentation remote can be very handy. A lectern can be used for a more formal address. Telephone or video conferencing equipment can be added if required.
