This two day meeting was held in the Stellenberg room of the Spier Wine Estate. Presentations were loaded on two laptops at the back of the room by the technician and projected onto a 10x7 screen. Presenters had a presentation remote and a confidence monitor at the podium. The sound system comprised of two speakers, a cord microphone at the lectern, a table top microphone for the chairman and two roving microphones for audience participation.
