The 3rd Annual HRworks Annual HR Conference & Expo

This was the annual event for Human Resources professionals that wish to stay at the forefront of innovative best practices and strategies in their practice. The conference took place in the Pavilion of the Table Bay Hotel and the Ballroom was used as an exhibition area.

For the conference,  we supplied a P.A system with a podium mic, two lapel microphones, pc audio connection and sound feeds for recording and relay. We used a front projection screen and projector for the laptop presentations. The video camera was used to record the conference and to relay to two plasma screens in the exhibition area. The sound was also fed to a speaker in the Ballroom which allowed delegates in the exhibition area to see and hear the presentations that took place in the Pavilion.
