Sound System
A six speaker P.A designed to spread sound evenly in the large auditorium and to prevent feedback from a large number of microphones that were on simultaneously. Key note speeches were made from the podium microphone at the lectern and the panel members used lapel microphones for the panel discussion. The audience asked questions with cordless hand held microphones and a stage monitor allowed the panel members to hear the questions.
Visuals
Two powerful projectors fitted with long throw lenses, projected from the back of the room onto two 12x9 screens. Confidence monitors were used for the key note speakers and panel members. All the presentations were driven from the control point with a cordless presentation remote.
Lighting
The stage was lit with a mixture of profile spots and par cans to ensure high visibility while minimizing light on the projection screens. LED par cans were used around the perimeter of the venue as up lighters to create a pleasant ambience.
After the formalities the delegates moved to the foyer for cocktails and networking where we played background music on a portable sound system.
