The Table Bay Hotel Pre Function Area

Adjacent to the Boardroom and leading directly into the Ballroom this open area of 250 square meters has proved to be one of the most versatile function venues at The Table Bay. With ceiling to floor windows on one side of the room this venue has abundant natural daylight for daytime events. It is equally well suited to evening functions due to its location away from the main lobby of the hotel.

Permanently featured in this area is a large marble top bar, grand piano and tables with large flower arrangements. This venue is used successfully in many functions such as; private group check-ins, cocktail parties, conference registration, hospitality desk location, coffee & tea breaks and finger lunches.
