Transnet breakfast

Description:

This was a strategy presentation for Transnet National Ports Authority at The Mount Nelson Hotel.

We provided a four speaker P.A to give even sound coverage in the Ballroom. The presenters and the Transnet banner were raised on a small carpeted stage that was positioned in the middle of the room, between two 10x7 front projection screens with side drapes.  A gooseneck microphone was used at the perspex lectern and we had two lapel microphones and two hand held microphones available. Background music was played before and after the formalities from a cd player.

Presentations were loaded on a laptop at the control point and presenters had a confidence monitor and a presentation remote on stage. We also supplied a video camera and camera operator to relay the master of ceremonies and presenters without PowerPoint slides on the screens. The stage area was lit with a profile spot to ensure that the camera had enough light to give a high quality picture. We used a seamless switcher to switch between the presentations, camera relay and the Transnet logo.

The event ran smoothly and we received compliments from the attendees on the high quality of the sound.
