A panel of experts gives their post budget comments and analysis, designed to create certainty around the budget implications. The event was held in the Woodmill in Stellenbosch.
Sound System
For the cocktail area we provided a four speaker P.A for background music. The conference area had an eight speaker P.A with a gooseneck microphone at the podium and six lapel microphones for the panel discussion.
Visuals
Two L.E.D screens were used two display the presentations and camera relay to the audience and the panel had two plasma screens as reference monitors. Presentations were driven from the back of the room and presenters used a clicker to advance their slides.
Lighting
The stage was lit with a mixture of profile spots and par cans. LED par cans were used around the perimeter of the venue as up lighters to create a pleasant ambience and a Martin Mac 2000 was used to project a custom made PWC logo in the exhibition area.
