Description:

This was a high profile leadership forum for CEO’s and board members of South African companies held in The Table Bay Hotel Ballroom. The client provided their own laptop due to the sensitive nature of the presentation materials. We used a powerful projector to ensure that the highly detailed slides displayed clearly on the large front projection screen. The sound system was in the form of a pair of cream coloured Community speakers to provide high quality sound and discretely blend in with the room décor. Presenters made use of lapel microphones for their talks and hand held microphones were passed around the breakfast tables for questions.
