International Society of Intraoperative Neurophysiology

Description:

This was an Educational Course and Congress for the International Society of Intraoperative Neurophysiology which took place over the course of six days at the Nedbank Auditorium in the V&A Waterfront.

Auditorium

We provided a four speaker P.A, a lectern and a microphone, table top microphones for the panel, cordless hand microphones for Q&A and lapel microphones for presenters. Presentations were edited and loaded in the speaker prep room.  Provision was made to connect laptops at the lectern for those who preferred  using their own machines. We provided internet connectivity for all the delegates via 3G Wi-Fi routers. Presentations were edited and loaded in the speaker preparation room.

Speaker Prep Room

We supplied a 3G Wi-Fi router for internet connection, two laptops to edit presentations and two laptops to load presentations.

Foyer/Exhibition Area

We provided a four speaker sound system for the welcome address and background music. Three plasma screens were used to display digital posters.
