International Respiratory Syncytial Virus Symposium

Description:

This three day symposium was held in the Spier Auditorium. We provided a four speaker sound system with a gooseneck podium microphone, two table top microphones, hand held Q&A microphones and audio connections for the  presentation laptops. Projection was done with two projectors with long throw lenses on truss totems at the back of the auditorium onto 12x9 foot screens with side drapes. Two 19 inch screens were used as confidence monitors and presentations were loaded and managed from the back of the room. The stage area was lit using two profile spot lights.

I just wish to thank you for yet another very professional function. RSV 2014 went off without a glitch and several of the international presenters have commented on the professionalism throughout the meeting. Absolute pleasure working with you again.
