The conference and gala dinner was held at the Century City Conference Center. The conference room was set up in a way that allowed the two rooms to be joined for the plenary sessions and split for the breakaway sessions. Corporate Event Staging supplied the following list of services and equipment for the event:

- Two P.A systems with microphones
