This was a three day symposium held at the Zambezi Sun Hotel, right next to the Victoria Falls in Zambia. The conference venue was setup with a for speaker P.A, four cordless microphones and audio connections for laptops. The presentations were projected onto two screens. Presenters could see their slides on a confidence monitor that was placed on the floor next to the lectern. Slides were controlled with a cordless clicker and all the presentations were loaded at the back of the room where we made provision for Windows and Mac.
