The Global Community of Growth, Innovation and Leadership held a conference in the Ballroom of the Table Bay Hotel. The conference was followed by an awards evening in the same venue.

We provided a stage that was positioned between two projection screens. We projected with long throw lenses from the back of the room due to space constraints. The presentation laptop was at the back and the presenters controlled the slides with a cordless clicker from the stage and had a confidence monitor at the lectern and another monitor for the panel. We also supplied a Perspex lectern.

The stage was lit with profile spot lights and the event was recorded with two cameras with sound feeds from the desk. Presenters used lapel microphones and hand held microphones were used for interactions from the audience. The sound system was in the form of a four speaker P.A and was managed with a digital sound desk.

We also supplied a 42” plasma connected to a laptop for T-Systems who had an exhibition stand in the foyer.
