GIL Africa Conference and Awards

Description:

Frost & Sullivan's Growth, Innovation and Leadership (GIL) Community of business leaders held a conference at the Table Bay Hotel, followed by a Gala dinner and Awards evening.

For the visuals we provided two screens with dress kits, slightly angled on either side of the stage. The projectors were fitted with long throw lenses and were placed on truss totems at the back of the room. There was a confidence monitor next to the podium for the presenter and another one on the floor in front of the stage for the panel. A video camera was used to relay and record the event. The podium had a LCD screen built into the front it witch displayed the GIL conference logo.

The sound system comprised of 4 speakers, a gooseneck microphone on the podium, multiple lapel and hand held microphones, laptop audio connections, a sound feed for the video recording and a digital sound desk. We also provided black draping behind the stage, two spotlights and LED uplighters around the perimeter of the room.
