British Airways Press Conference

Description:

Gavin Halliday, British Airways’ general manager for Africa and Europe, announced increased services from London to Cape Town. The announcement was made at The Forum in the V&A waterfront, where members of the media attended the event.

We supplied  a stage for a top table and a perspex lectern. The sound system was in the form of a two speaker P.A, with a gooseneck microphone at the podium, multi mics on the top table and hand mics for Q&A. We also supplied press feeds for members of the media. Two 50” plasmas were used to display British Airways branding.

We also provided a sound system with background music at the Wheel of Excellence where the VIP’s gathered for a photo opportunity.
