Description:

This conference was held in the ballroom of the Westin Hotel. The combined ballroom was used for the plenary and it was split for the break away sessions. Each half of the Ballroom had projection screens, confidence monitors, a stage, a sound system with cordless microphones, profile spot lights, a banner wall, l.e.d uplighters and an interactive voting system.
