The 28th EHA – ESH Haematology Tutorial

Description:

This was a three day meeting that aimed to provide haematologists with an integrated diagnostic and clinical work-up of haematological disorders. The program included plenary lectures, interactive clinical case studies and self-assessment. The event was held at the Vineyard Hotel.

We provided:

A four speaker premium P.A with a podium mic, two table top mics and two hand mics for Q&A. Slides were projected on a 12x9 screen and there was a confidence monitor at the podium. Switching was done between various laptops, one of which was used for the interactive voting. We also supplied a 4m x 2m stage and  a traffic light system which allowed the chairman to indicate to the presenters how much time they have left for their talks.
