This conference was held at the Victoria Junction Protea Hotel. We supplied a projector, screen and confidence monitors for the presentations. The laptop was at the back of the room where the presentations were loaded. The sound system was in the form of a two speaker P.A with a podium microphone, two table top microphones for the panel discussion and a headset microphone.
