Description:

HR Works held their annual meeting at The Table Bay Hotel again this year. A meeting of the minds, discussing the pitfalls and evolution of the Employee employer relationship. The main conference was held in the Pavilion room and their Expo was held in the Ballroom.

Challenges:

Supplying sound and visuals for 120pax in the Pavilion, relaying the sound and visuals from the Pavilion to the Ballroom.

Solution:

The main conference we equipped with a 300watt P.A system, three lapel microphones as well as one roving microphone. Visually we supplied them with an 8x6ft screen, a 3500 ansi lumen projector, Kramer switching gear and a Sony PD170 Camera. The Expo area, the Ballroom, we equipped with two 42” plasma screens plus a  Wharfedale self powered speaker.

In the main conference, the Pavilion, the video camera was locked off on the stage and the image was relayed to the Ballroom onto the two  42”plasma screens. An auxiliary channel was used to send the  sound from the P.A system from the Pavilion to the Wharfedale self powered speaker in the Ballroom.

The Client was very satisfied and assured us that they would be back next year and that they will be using Corporate Event Staging for their future meetings.
