CMASA is a none profit association, promoting professionalism, ethical values and excellence through education, networking, and support for the individual Case Manager and the collective development of case management in South Africa. The annual national conference was held over a period of two days in the Atlantic Suite of the Lagoon Beach Hotel.
We provided a two speaker P.A with microphones for presenters and Q & A. The stage was 2m x 2m to accommodate the truss lectern and a 19” confidence monitor on a table stand. Visuals were projected onto a 12 x 9 screen and was controlled from the back. Two laptops were networked in order to load presentations while the presentation laptop was in use during the sessions.
The awards evening was held at the Brasserie restaurant where we supplied a stage and a truss lectern. We used two plasma screens connected to a laptop to display the names and photographs of the prize winners.
