We provided a four speaker sound system with a gooseneck podium microphone, two table top microphones, hand held Q&A microphones and audio connections for the presentation laptops. This was an international meeting regarding the fortification of milled wheat and was held at the Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel. We provided a sound system with Q&A microphones, projection screen, confidence monitor, flip chart stands and a simultaneous interpretation system to translate between English and French.

This meeting was held in the Omega room of the Technopark Protea in Stellenbosch. Presentations were displayed on six plasma screens of which four was placed on the floor in the middle of the u-shape table layout. This event was held at the Crystal Towers Hotel. We provided a white stage, a perspex lectern, two profile spot lights, two projection screens, black draping and a sound system. The projectors were placed on truss totems at the back of the room and were connected to two laptops via a seamless switcher in order to control the visuals.
